My name is Zach Stamey with ERA Wilder Realty here at Lake Norman. I have been selling real estate around the lake area for almost 8 years. I graduated for Appalachian State University where I majored in Real Estate & Urban Analysis.

Over the past few years I have sold over 35 condos in Davidson Landing. By selling this many condos I have gained the knowledge and experience I believe is necessary to get the job done.
