Welcome to my Davidson Landing real estate blog. In addition to my Davidson Landing website (www.DavidsonLandingLKN.com) I thought this would be a great way to get updated information to current owners and future residence of Davidson Landing.

My name is Zach Stamey with ERA Knight Realty here at Lake Norman. I have been selling real estate around the lake area for almost 10 years. I graduated for Appalachian State University where I majored in Real Estate & Urban Analysis.

Over the past few years I have sold over 60 condos in Davidson Landing. By selling this many condos I have gained the knowledge and experience I believe is necessary to get the job done.
