Market update 08/06/2009

The market has shown signs of improvement over the past month. I sold 2 ground floor 3 bedroom condos. They were in Newport and Captains Watch. Seems like ground floors are what buyers are looking for at the moment. I get lots of calls for ground floor units.  There are currently 33 condos on the market, 3 pending/under contract, and 10  sold year to date. We are still way under the number of sales from the past two years but are on the way back up. With the recent good news about real estate more buyers are out looking. They better because prices won’t be this good much longer.
