Market update Dec. 14th 2008

Hey Everyone. The condo market seems to be getting slower towards the end of the year as far as showing activity on current inventory is concerned. However, the internet activity has increased. So to me that is good news! These buyers are still out there looking and will be buying in the near future.  

I have listed a good number of Davidson Landing condos over the past month. Just Sold: 764 Southwest Dr. in the Tennis Villas was just sold last month. It is a ground floor unit with new carpet and paint. The sale price was $135,000.
